Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • Male/Female aged 28-35 years.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the finance field with a focus on closing the financial books or GL accounting. Experience in the real estate or logistics industry is a plus.
  • Experience in financial analysis report preparation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (knowledge of Oracle is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to provide recommendations and solutions.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage intercompany expense recovery between subsidiary companies.
  • Coordinate and verify the accuracy of accounting entries in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Set and oversee monthly expense payments.
  • Coordinate with closing of monthly financial statements.
  • Assist in improving and developing the accounting and finance department's processes and update accounting standards as needed.
  • Responsible for coordinating and working with various departments to compile annual budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments to gather information.
  • Prepare reports for management.
  • Petty cash management.
  • Audit and review expense allocations through verification of payment invoices and supporting documents.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Profit and Loss statements (P&L), providing insightful reports to the management team.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive monthly and quarterly performance reports, identifying key areas for improvement.
  • Take a lead role in preparing and revising the annual budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Implement robust budgetary controls to manage and optimize financial resources effectively
  • Develop monthly forecasts for P&L, Cashflow, and Capex, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Hold a B.A. in Accounting, Finance, or a master’s degree in a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, Budgeting, and Management Accounting.
  • Advantageous to have a basic understanding of concepts in Logistics and Warehouse Management.
