Central Retail Logistic-Customer Service received five awards at the TCCTA Contact Center Awards 2022

CRL – Customer Service received five awards at the Contact Center Awards 2022, held on October 12. The event was hosted by the Thai Contact Center Trade Association (TCCTA) with the aim of promoting and developing the capabilities of Thai contact centers to compete on a global scale. Mr. Thanasorn Nueangjum, Supply Chain Director, led the team to receive these awards.

The TCCTA Awards 2022 is a significant event that recognizes the best customer service centers in Thailand. It marked the first time the Customer Service team participated in this competition and managed to secure five awards in the Corporate category. These awards were based on the quality of services provided by the customer service team, their business management capabilities, and the outstanding services offered by the organization's employees.
