Quality standard development is important for road transport service toward logistics and supply chain management in Thailand. Since 2008, Department of Land Transport has collaborated with related government, private agencies, transportation-related non-profit organization and educational institutions to develop and promote the "Service Quality Standard for Truck Operation" or "Q Mark" especially for road transportation management.

Q Mark standard is an effective tool for transport service quality management covering five aspects of organization, operation, employment, vehicles and external customer. A transport service provider who gains Q Mark certification shall ensure quality of service to both domestic and oversea customer, build trust for public road safety, increase business opportunities along with logistcis sustainability in coresspondingly with government policies.

CRL Transport realizes this as importance for customer and our transport partners has been encouraged to acquire the Q Mark certification. Recently, one of CRL transport partnership is certified for 2023 Q Mark award by Department of Land Transport. The event was held at Impact Arena Exhibiton Center on October 9th, 2023, and CRL Transport was a part of it.
